- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Sweet paprika to taste
- Lemon1/2 unit(s)
- Olive oil4 tablespoon
- Oregano to taste
- Rosemary to taste
- Chimichurri to taste
- Honey1 tablespoon
- Mustard2 tablespoon
- Season the chicken fillets with salt, pepper, sweet paprika, oregano, rosemary, juice from half a lemon and a drizzle of olive oil. Let the fillets handle the seasoning for 20 minutes out of the fridge. Then grill on both sides.
- Prepare the sauce by mixing 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 of mustard and 1 of honey. Season with chimichurri.
- Pour the sauce over the still hot fillets.
- They are tasty and juicy.
