- Skinless, boneless chicken breast800 g
- large onion, sliced1 unit(s)
- teaspoon of margarine1 teaspoon
- oil for frying (use your favorite soy, canola, corn, sunflower, etc.)2 teaspoon
- Salt, lemon and black pepper to taste
- Cut the chicken fillet into 4 steaks (they should be as thick as 1 beef steak, if the fillet is too tall, increase the number of steaks).
- Season with salt, lemon and black pepper.
- In a frying pan, heat the oil with the margarine.
- Fry the steaks until they are golden brown but juicy.
- In the same skillet, sauté the onion.
