  • Skinless, boneless chicken breast800 g
  • large onion, sliced1 unit(s)
  • teaspoon of margarine1 teaspoon
  • oil for frying (use your favorite soy, canola, corn, sunflower, etc.)2 teaspoon
  • Salt, lemon and black pepper to taste
  1. Cut the chicken fillet into 4 steaks (they should be as thick as 1 beef steak, if the fillet is too tall, increase the number of steaks).
  2. Season with salt, lemon and black pepper.
  3. In a frying pan, heat the oil with the margarine.
  4. Fry the steaks until they are golden brown but juicy.
  5. In the same skillet, sauté the onion.
