Skinless, boneless chicken breast800 g
large onion, sliced1 unit(s)
teaspoon of margarine1 teaspoon
oil for frying (use your favorite soy, canola, corn, sunflower, etc.)2 teaspoon
Salt, lemon and black pepper to taste

Cut the chicken fillet into 4 steaks (they should be as thick as 1 beef steak, if the fillet is too tall, increase the number of steaks).
Season with salt, lemon and black pepper.
In a frying pan, heat the oil with the margarine.
Fry the steaks until they are golden brown but juicy.
In the same skillet, sauté the onion.
