- Chicken breast fillet500 g
- Spinach100 g
- Light cream1 unit(s)
- Parmesan cheese4 tablespoon
- Nutmeg to taste
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Season the chicken fillets to taste and grill well!
- In a pan, heat the oil and add the spinach. Season with a little salt and sauté until wilted.
- Add the cream, Parmesan and nutmeg and let it cook for a few minutes to thicken slightly. Sprinkle over the chicken fillet
