- Smoked paprika1 teaspoon
- Salt13 g
- mimoso cornmeal1 cup
- Wheat Flour1 cup
- Coloral1 teaspoon
- Salt0 to taste
- Ice water300 ml
- Soybean oil0 to taste
- Season the chicken with garlic, pepper, paprika, salt and set aside.
- Mix the cornmeal, flour, coloral - season with a little salt and set aside.
- Bread the chicken in the flour mixture, dip in ice water, let excess water drip off and fry in hot oil by immersion.
- Leave until golden, remove and serve warm with a salad or pasta or as a snack.
