- Take the chicken breast, clean it and cut it into a fillet.
- Pierce with a knife to enter the seasoning.
- Season with salt, garlic and vinegar to taste. Leave it in the seasoning for 2 minutes to get more flavor.
- Then I took two eggs, beat until smooth. In a plate I put the breadcrumbs, I first passed the chicken breasts already seasoned with an egg, and then soon in the breadcrumbs.
- After passing everything in the breadcrumbs, just fry it. and it's ready
