- Two chicken breasts2 unit(s)
- 200 grams of sliced mozzarella200 g
- 100 grams of straw potato100 g
- 100 grams of pitted olives 1 can of green corn100 g
- 1 cup of cream cheese250 g
- 1 can of Heavy cream200 g
- 1 pinch of salt1 coffee spoon
- 1 cup of water1 cup
- Put the water, the green corn, the cream cheese, and the Heavy cream in the blender. Mix until you get a smooth mixture.
- Transfer the mixture from the blender to a saucepan. Add the olives, shredded chicken and salt.
- Sauté until it has a creamy texture. Then pour the mixture into a glass refractory. On top spread the mozzarella
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes, or until the mozzarella starts to brown. Remove from the oven and cover the fricassee with potato
- Serve immediately.
