- White pepper to taste

- Garlic2 unit(s)
- Tomato sauce2 tablespoon
- Canned corn1 can(s)
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Straw Potato100 g
- Mozzarella200 g
- Blend the corn and cream in a blender. Reserve.
- In a pan with oil, sauté the garlic and onion.
- Season with salt, pepper and tomato sauce.
- Mix the cream and the chicken and adjust the salt and pepper.
- Place the mixture on a baking sheet, cover with mozzarella and spread the potato straw on top.
- Bake in the oven for 20 - 30 minutes at 180°C.
