- Milk2 cup
- Season the chicken with the ingredients of your preference, put it to cook and shred when ready.
- Chop the onion, the eye and sauté, then add the shredded chicken adding the seasonings of your choice and set aside.
- Beat the green corn, the milk cream and the water in the blender, transfer to a pan, dissolve the cornstarch in a cup of milk, and the second cup of milk and heat until it thickens.
- Mix the chicken with the corn cream, after uniformed, pour it into a refractory that goes in the oven.
- Put the mozzarella cheese on top, covering the chicken, then bake at 180°C until browned.
- Remove from the oven, put straw potatoes on top and serve.
