- Chopped Green Olives3 tablespoon
- Green smell to taste

- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Oregano1 coffee spoon

- In a medium saucepan, sauté the chopped onion in olive oil, add the crushed garlic and sauté for another minute.
- Add the pepper and diced tomato and mix.
- Gradually add the cubed chicken breast and season with salt.
- Cook the chicken until it is very tender, almost shredding. If necessary, add water from time to time to avoid burning the bottom of the pan.
- While the chicken is cooking. Beat 1 corn, the cream and the curd in the blender.
- When the chicken is ready, put the cream in the blender and cook for a few more minutes. Until it's very creamy.
- Finally, mix the chopped olives and the green smell. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Transfer the preparation to a glass platter, put spoons of cottage cheese. Top with mozzarella cheese and sprinkled oregano.
- Place in a medium oven to brown the cheese (approximately 15 minutes).
- Remove the tray from the oven. And cover the fricassee with potato straw to serve.
