- Mozzarella cheese200 g
- Clean and cook your chicken with kinor or sazon in water.
- Once cooked, shred your chicken to taste, take the chopped garlic and onion to the pan, after sautéed, put the tomato and then the shredded chicken, then sauteed and set aside.
- In your blender put the cream, curd and corn along with a seasoning to beat, it will become a cream.
- With the chicken already sautéed, take the cream to the chicken pan, and let all this cream in the chicken over low heat.
- Take a very nice refractory and put your fricassee mixture, right after that, forre with cheese and potato straw around it, take it to the oven at 200 degrees until this cheese au gratin.
- Serve with white rice and enjoy
