- Mozzarella200 g

- Beat the cream, cream cheese, corn and water in a blender.
- Saute the beaten ingredients with the shredded chicken, put it on a platter, cover with mozzarella and spread potato straw on top, take it to the oven until the mozzarella melts.
- Serve with rice and a salad if you prefer.
