- Mozzarella cheese150 g
- Canned corn1 can(s)
- Heavy cream1 cup
- Milk150 ml
- Garlic (cloves)2 unit(s)
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Parsley to taste
- Nutmeg to taste
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Potato sticks1 unit(s)
- Blend the corn, Heavy cream and milk in a blender. Reserve
- in a pan sauté the garlic and onion with olive oil. Add the chicken and sauté.
- add the cream from the blender, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg, cook until creamy. At the end add parsley and mix
- transfer to a dish that goes into the oven. Cover with the mozzarella and then with the straw potato.
- Take to preheated oven at 200 degrees until bubbling.
