- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Tomato sauce2 tablespoon
- Sour cream1 unit(s)
- Chicken cooking water to taste
- Corn without the water1 can(s)
- Cottage cheese1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Straw potato100 g
- In a pan put onion and sauté with oil. Put the shredded chicken and stir well, then add the tomato sauce and let it braise. Reserve.
- In the blender beat the corn, the cottage cheese, the cream, the chicken cooking water and a little salt.
- Mix this liquid in the chicken, leave it in the low fire, turn it off and then transfer it to a refractory. Decorate with the straw potato
