- Chicken Breast500 g
- sour cream1 can(s)
- corn1 can(s)
- Cottage cheese200 g
- Mozzarella250 g
- Extra Fine Battle Straw1 unit(s)
- Oregano to taste
- In the blender, place the cream, corn and the cup of curd.
- Whisk everything together until the corn is completely dissolved and set aside.
- Cook the chicken breast until it shreds and season as you see fit. Note: no need to add salt.
- With the chicken already seasoned and shredded, still in the pan, add the cream made in the blender and stir well.
- Place everything in a refractory and cover with the mozzarella and oregano.
- Take it to the oven until the cheese melts, remove and place the potato straw on top.
