- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Cream cheese1/2 can(s)
- Canned corn1 unit(s)
- Onion1 to taste
- Garlic1 to taste
- Chimichurri, oregano, saffron, salt1 to taste
- Cut the chicken and season it and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- In the pressure cooker: sauté onion and garlic and add the chicken, add water until halfway, close the pan
- After taking the pressure count 15 minutes and turn off. After all the pressure is released, shake the pan to shred the chicken. and book
- In a blender: put the cream, cottage cheese and corn.
- In a pan: Place the blender and chicken mixture and bring to a boil.
