- Shredded chicken breast500 g
- Heavy cream1 can(s)
- Cottage cheese200 g
- Green corn1 can(s)
- Grated mozzarella to taste
- Straw potato100 g
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Curry to taste
- Dehydrated onion to taste
- Garlic powder to taste
- Parsley to taste
- Chives to taste
- Cook the chicken breasts in water and then shred or briefly pulse in the food processor.
- Place the chicken in a bowl with the Heavy cream, cottage cheese, curry, salt, black pepper, parsley, chives and dry seasonings.
- Add the green corn. Mix well.
- Place the chicken cream in a baking dish and cover with plenty of grated mozzarella.
- Bake at 200°C until browned.
- Remove from the oven and cover with straw potatoes.
- Enjoy!
