- Dry red wine1 cup
- Sachet of tomato sauce1 unit(s)
- Coriander to taste
- Green Smell to taste
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Carrot1 unit(s)
- celery stalk1 unit(s)
- Water2 cup
- In a pressure cooker, sauté the onion, garlic, carrot and celery for 10 minutes.
- Add the gizzard and fry
- Add the red wine and let it reduce.
- Add the sauce, water and cilantro
- Pressure cook for 35 minutes
- Put the salt, pepper and the green smell
- serve with rice
