- Tomato sauce300 g

- let's season the gizzards with the lemon juice, garlic and salt, paprika, black pepper and bay leaf and mix everything and let it rest in this seasoning
- then we go to the stove with a pressure cooker with a trickle of oil put half of our onion let it brown put the gizzard with the spices cover the pan and let it get pressure lower the heat let it cook for 30 minutes
- remove the lid from the pan if it is soft put the peppers and potatoes with 500 ml of water, the tomato sauce cover the pan for another 5 minutes of pressure
- remove the pressure from the pan and leave it on the fire, cooking uncovered, add the onion and tomato and let it cook for another 5 minutes, add the green smell and turn off the heat
- Our recipe is ready! Just eat it with white rice, if you like it, add a little pepper, it's very good ummmmmmm
