- Chicken heart1 kg
- White rice400 g
- lemon1 unit(s)
- Chopped Tomatoes2 unit(s)
- Crushed large carrot1 unit(s)
- Chopped large onion1 unit(s)
- Minced Garlic Cloves2 unit(s)
- Fine herbs2 teaspoon
- Olive oil to taste
- Cottage cheese3 tablespoon
- Parsley and chives to taste
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- Wash the hearts and let marinate for 30 min. in lemon juice, salt and black pepper.
- After 30 min. Place a pan to heat up with a good amount of oil, add the onion until translucent, then add the garlic and let it brown.
- Gather the hearts until they are ready to eat, have a little patience because the heart releases water, let it all dry, remember that.
- When it's golden brown, add the rice, tomato, carrot and herbs to sauté together.
- Add hot water to cover all the stew, cover the pan and let it cook on low heat, until the rice is well cooked, if you need to add more hot water.
- Add 3 tablespoons of curd, mix well, TASTE, and if you need to add salt and pepper to taste.
- Add parsley and chopped fresh chives for that special touch. Beautiful and tasty dish, now just eat. Did you like it?
