- Cut the chicken into 8 pieces and the giblets into large pieces. Mix the wheat flour with the black pepper and sprinkle the pieces.
- Take the margrina to the fire, let it heat up well and brown the chicken and the giblets; Remove them from the pan.
- Brown the sliced onions in the fat of the pan.Place the chicken and giblets back in the pan, add the soy sauce and beer, season with salt to taste, cover the pan and cook for approximately 40 minutes.
