- Boiling Water1 l
- Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
- Cumin1 tablespoon
- Worcestershire sauce5 tablespoon
- Bacon50 g
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Onion Cream1 unit(s)
- Dark Beer355 ml
- Salt to taste
- In a bowl, place the chicken drumstick and wash it with water and lemon juice. Drain all the water and, in the same bowl, put the boiling water and leave for 5 minutes. After that time, drain all the water and squeeze all the chicken pieces with your hands. Reserve.
- Season the chickens with salt, garlic, cumin and Worcestershire sauce. Leave marinating for 15 minutes and book. In a pan over medium heat, add the bacon and brown well. Add the onion, sauté, add the butter and leave until the onion is golden. Place the chicken pieces, lower the heat and cook for 15 minutes. Mix the onion cream and beer in a bowl. Put in the pan with the chicken, mix and cook for another 15 minutes.
