- Chicken (boneless breast or drumstick)500 g
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic to taste
- Tomato4 unit(s)
- Cottage cheese to taste
- Salt to taste
- Butter to taste
- Open a lid on the pumpkin (carefully), remove the seeds from the inside, close the lid, wrap the aluminum foil and bake in the oven at 200°C until the pumpkin is soft inside and firm in the shell (about 1h30min)
- Cut the chicken into strips, onion, garlic and tomato into squares
- In a pan, brown the onion and garlic with butter (remembering to put a drizzle of olive oil so it doesn't burn!)
- Add the chicken and salt
- After browning the chicken, add the chopped tomatoes to create a thick sauce (add more tomatoes if necessary)
- When the moranga is at the ideal point (described in step 1), spread the cheese on its walls, add the chicken with its sauce to the top and cover with another layer of cream cheese.
- Bake in the oven for about half an hour.
- Serve
