- Light ricotta cream280 g
- Mustard1.1/2 tablespoon
- Fresh herbs to taste
- Onion to taste
- Garlic to taste
- Water100 ml
- Butter to taste
- Lemon slices to taste
- Brown the chicken fillets seasoned with salt and pepper on both sides in butter and set aside. With the frying pan still "dirty" add onion and garlic and sauté. Add the mustard with the ricotta cream and mix. Add the water and let it boil for 2 minutes. Serve the chicken with the sauce garnished with lemon wedges and fresh herbs.
