- Manioc400 g
- Garlic to taste
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Tomato1 unit(s)
- Chili1/2 unit(s)
- Tomato sauce1 cup
- Pasta Screw250 g
- Rice1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Oil1 tablespoon
- Water2 l
- Cut the chicken into large pieces season with salt and garlic to taste
- Cut the mandioquinha into cubes and leave it in the water to rest.
- Saute the chicken in 1 tablespoon of oil, add the onion, bell pepper and tomato, finely chopped.
- Add the cassava and the coloral
- Pour 1 liter of water and cook for 30 minutes
- When the 30 minutes pass, open the pan and remove the chicken. Leave another 10 minutes until the cassava is cooked.
- While you are doing the chicken process, you can now make the rice by sautéing it with 1 spoonful of oil, garlic to taste and 1/2 spoonful of salt, adding 1 liter of water to cook. Pasta is also very simple. Just put it in a pan of boiling water with 1 spoonful of salt and 1 spoonful of oil. Then drain and season to your liking.
- Once finished, just serve on individual plates or platters.
