- In a pressure cooker put 4 tablespoons of oil and add the chicken to brown,
- While the chicken is fried, clean the okra, remove the ends and head to use. Separate into two halves one to put in the sauce and the other to fry. Chop the okra that you are going to put in the pressure cooker into large cubes. The other half cut into thin slices to fry in the skillet. Chop the garlic, onion and green smell.
- As soon as the chicken is well fried, place the okra cut into large cubes, add the seasoning onion, garlic, parsley, saffron, black pepper. Put the lid on and let it cook for 15 minutes to 20 Then just put the fried okra on top and serve.
- While the chicken is under pressure, fry the okra cut into thin slices in a pan with 1 finger of oil to put on top of the sauce. Giving a special flavor to the sauce
