- Chicken Breast500 g
- Bacon10 unit(s)
- Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
- Mustard Sauce1 tablespoon
- Chimichurri1 coffee spoon
- Black Pepper1/2 coffee spoon
- Salt to taste
- Clean the chicken breast and cut it into medium pieces. Put it in a bowl and put the seasonings, mix well and let it rest for 20 minutes.
- Take a piece of chicken and wrap a slice of bacon around the chicken and put a toothpick to hold. Put it in a shape. Do this in every piece.
- Throw a drizzle of olive oil over all the medallions and bake for 30 minutes or until golden.
