- Gizzard1 kg
- Liver1/2 kg
- Parboiled rice1 kg
- Onion2 unit(s)
- Clove Garlic1 unit(s)
- Salt, black pepper, bay leaf to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Cut the onion and brown it in olive oil. Cut and clean the kids
- Put the gizzards and the heart to cook until soft
- After placing the chicken hearts and letting everything brown, add the rice and then the water, always covering the contents 2 fingers above.
- Let it cook on low heat, when it starts to boil, put the chopped chicken liver so it doesn't fall apart and leave it until dry.
