- Oat flour3 tablespoon
- Oregano, salt, basil to taste
- Chicken fillet1 unit(s)
- Tomato sauce2 tablespoon
- grated cheese2 tablespoon
- To bread: Mix the flour, oregano, salt, basil and pepper to taste. Distribute in a thin layer and set aside.
- For assembly: Season the chicken with salt and pepper to taste. Dip the fillet in the flour mixture and place it in an oven-safe container.
- Leave in the oven for an average of 15 minutes in the oven preheated to 190º C.
- When there are 5 minutes to go, pour the tomato sauce over the fillet and cheese.
