- Tomato cut into slices2 unit(s)
- Tomato sauce1 can(s)
- Mozzarella250 g
- In the pressure cooker, place the tomato and onion in slices, then the chicken and finally the tomato sauce. Cover and when you start to get pressure, count 7 minutes and turn it off. Let the pressure go off on its own. Transfer to a refractory and put the mozzarella. Put it in the oven just to brown the cheese.
