- Ground chicken breast500 g
- Whole wheat flour3 tablespoon
- Spices and herbs to taste
- Lemon juice1 unit(s)
- Tomato sauce1 unit(s)
- Mozzarella or grated cheese to taste
- Mix the first 4 ingredients.
- Grease a marinex with oil and place the mixture evenly.
- Bake in a medium oven for 20 minutes. Place 1 sachet of tomato sauce on top and the mozzarella cheese or grated cheese on top, return to the oven for another 10 minutes. Serve with salad and white rice.
