- Cut the chicken breasts in half, maintaining their width, then pinch them to expand their size even further.
- Season with salt, kingdom pepper and lemon and take it to the fridge.
- Prepare the breading and accompaniments of your choice.
- Sauté garlic and peeled tomatoes and let it form a thick sauce, season with salt, pepper and oregano.
- Bread the chickens, fry and distribute on a board, pyrex or large frying pan. Cover with tomato sauce and cheese. Take it to the oven to gratin.
