- First I make the vegetable broth and the chicken broth to cook the rice.
- I make the chicken separately, seasoning to taste, shred and reserve.
- Sauté the rice with garlic, onion and salt and half of the tomato sauce
- I put 1 cup of the broth in the rice to cook and little by little I add more until the desired point is reached. I like it well cooked.
- Then I put the chopped tomato, shredded chicken and the rest of the tomato sauce.
- I stir well until I get a reddish color and finally the butter, the chopped parsley, the cheese and sliced hard-boiled egg on top.
