- Chicken breast fillet500 g
- Mozzarella cheese to taste
- Egg for breading2 unit(s)
- Wheat flour for dusting to taste
- Breadcrumbs for dusting to taste
- Sticks to hold to taste
- Oil for frying to taste
- Season the chicken breast fillets as desired. I always use garlic, salt, lemon pepper and soy sauce.
- Open the fillets, ideally they should be very thin. Place slices of mozzarella in the center of the filet.
- Roll the fillet into a roll, secure with a toothpick and bread.
- First pass in wheat flour.
- Then in the beaten egg, seasoned with salt.
- Then in breadcrumbs.
- Place in the freezer for 30 minutes before frying.
- Fry in hot oil.
- Serve with a sauce.
