- Chicken breast300 g
- Raw ham100 g
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Sage1 tablespoon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Mustard1 teaspoon
- Cut the chicken breast in half lengthwise. Season with salt, pepper and oil. Distribute the raw ham and sage leaves on the plastic wrap and wrap the chicken breast tightly (like a rocambole) and let it rest for at least 10 minutes in the fridge. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake the chicken breast for 25 minutes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Add the mustard to the broth left in the roasting pan, check salt and pepper, mix well and serve over the chicken breast. Good appetite 😋😋😋
