- Chicken Sassami500 g
- Squeezed lemon1 tablespoon
- Ground cumin1 coffee spoon
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Minced garlic1 dessert spoon
- Sea salt to taste
- Cashew nut milk1 cup
- Chopped Onion2 tablespoon
- Nutmeg to taste
- Ghee Butter1 dessert spoon
- Olive oil to taste
- Season the chicken with lemon, garlic, salt, pepper, cumin and set aside for 1 hour in the fridge.
- In a non-stick frying pan, heat the oil and brown the sassami until cooked.
- For the sauce, heat a pan and add the butter, brown the onion and add the cashew nut milk and salt.
- Cook the sauce, stirring constantly until it starts to thicken. Finish with freshly grated nutmeg.
- Serve the sassami with the sauce.
