Chicken Sassami with FIT White Sauce

  • Chicken Sassami500 g
  • Squeezed lemon1 tablespoon
  • Ground cumin1 coffee spoon
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • Minced garlic1 dessert spoon
  • Sea salt to taste
  • Cashew nut milk1 cup
  • Chopped Onion2 tablespoon
  • Nutmeg to taste
  • Ghee Butter1 dessert spoon
  • Olive oil to taste
  1. Season the chicken with lemon, garlic, salt, pepper, cumin and set aside for 1 hour in the fridge.
  2. In a non-stick frying pan, heat the oil and brown the sassami until cooked.
  3. For the sauce, heat a pan and add the butter, brown the onion and add the cashew nut milk and salt.
  4. Cook the sauce, stirring constantly until it starts to thicken. Finish with freshly grated nutmeg.
  5. Serve the sassami with the sauce.
