- Natural yogurt170 g

- Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Cut the chicken breast into large cubes, season with garlic, salt, pepper, olive oil and yogurt and marinate for 30 minutes. After this time season the vegetables with a little salt, and mount the skewers interspersing the vegetables with cubes of meat, take it to a hot skillet greased with olive oil or in the airfryer until golden and cooked.
