- Chicken breast cut into medium cubes2 cup
- Sour cream150 g
- Chopped Onion1/4 cup
- Chopped Garlic1 dessert spoon
- Dijon mustard1 dessert spoon
- ketchup2 tablespoon
- Canned hearts of palm cut into slices1/2 cup
- Tomato sauce1/2 cup
- Chopped Green Spice1 tablespoon
- Butter ghee1 tablespoon
- Sea Salt to taste
- Season the chicken with mustard and salt and set aside for 15 minutes.
- In a large pan, heat the butter and brown the chicken cubes.
- Add garlic and onion and sauté.
- Add ketchup and tomato sauce and mix.
- Add a little water and salt and cook over low heat for about 10 minutes.
- Add the hearts of palm and cream, mix and adjust the salt.
- When it starts to boil, turn off the heat and finish with the green seasoning.
- Serve the stroganoff accompanied by rice, salad and straw potatoes.
