- Chicken breast1 kg
- Chopped tomato1 unit(s)
- Chopped onion (small)1 unit(s)
- Tomato sauce300 g
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Sour cream (box)1 unit(s)
- Ketchup2 tablespoon
- Corn1 can(s)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Water6 tablespoon
- Cut the chicken into cubes, season with salt and pepper (to taste)
- In a thick pan, heat the oil, add the chickens and sauté until golden.
- Add the tomato, onion and tomato sauce, cover the pan and let it boil.
- Baste with water so it doesn't stick (if the sauce is too thick)
- After the sauce and the chicken have reached the forehead of your choice, turn off the heat.
- Add the cream, ketchup, corn and mix well.
