Minced chicken600 g
Chopped Onion3 tablespoon
Minced garlic1 tablespoon
Margarine3 tablespoon
Sour cream1 can(s)
Ketchup2 tablespoon
Mustard1 tablespoon
Salt and Black Pepper1 to taste

I put the margarine and the chopped onion in a pan and let it fry a little.
Then I added the chopped garlic and the chicken cut into very small pieces. And I let it cook well.
I added salt and black pepper. And as soon as the chicken starts to fry, I put the ketchup and mustard and mix well.
Finally, add the cream, mix well and turn off the heat.
Then and only serve
