- Cubed chicken breast500 g
- Heavy cream1 can(s)
- Ketchup3 tablespoon
- Mustard1 tablespoon
- Worcestershire sauce1 tablespoon
- Champignon100 g
- Cognac50 ml
- Chopped onion1 unit(s)
- Chopped garlic cloves2 unit(s)
- Oil3 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Heat the oil and fry the onion and garlic.
- Add the chicken and fry until dry.
- Add the brandy and let it flambé.
- Add the Heavy cream, ketchup, mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
- Once it boils, add the mushrooms and let them cook for 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve with white rice and potatoes chips.
