- Chicken thigh1 kg
- Mustard3 tablespoon
- Honey1 tablespoon
- Crushed garlic3 unit(s)
- Lemon juice1/2 unit(s)
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Black pepper1 to taste
- Sweet paprika1 coffee spoon
- Limopeper (seasoning)1 to taste
- Butter or margarine1 tablespoon
- Clean the thighs (remove the skin if you prefer)
- Place the chicken pieces in a bowl and add the seasonings, salt, garlic, mustard, paprika, honey, lemon juice, black pepper to taste and the limopeper
- Mix the seasonings for all the pieces of the chicken evenly.
- Let marinate for about 30 minutes
- Arrange the chicken on a baking sheet. (Also add the broth or marinade) add a spoon of margarine or butter.
- Cover with aluminum foil and place in the oven for approximately 30 minutes.
- Remove the aluminum foil and let it brown for another 15 minutes.
- Once golden, remove from the oven and serve.
- In the roasting pan you will create a very tasty broth, which is used to drizzle the chicken.
- The broth in the rice along with the chicken is delicious.
