- Packet of sliced bacon1 unit(s)
- Small beer can1 unit(s)
- Wash the chicken pieces well, set aside. Separately, mix the onion cream with the mayonnaise. Season the chicken pieces with this paste, leave them well molasses.⠀ Wrap each piece of chicken with a slice of bacon and arrange the chickens in a medium refractory (preferably season them the day before and store them in the fridge). When you go to bake, pour the beer over the chicken. Be careful not to put the cold refractory in the oven, as it can crack it. Bake for about 90 minutes
