- Chicken breast1/2 kg
- Olive oil or oil1 tablespoon
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt1 tablespoon
- Chopped large onion1 unit(s)
- Crushed garlic cloves5 unit(s)
- Butter or margarine1 tablespoon
- Milk Cream Box1 unit(s)
- Corn or wheat starch2 tablespoon
- Can of corn without the canned water1 l
- Green smell to taste
- Milk1 cup
- Cut the chicken breast into fillets and season with half the salt, half the garlic, pepper and olive oil. Mix. Brown them in a nonstick skillet over high heat and set aside.
- In the same skillet, put onion and the rest of the garlic to sauté in butter. Until golden brown.
- In the blender: put corn, milk, cornstarch and sauteed onion and garlic. Beat for 2 min.
- In the same skillet, place this corn cream over low heat, stirring until it thickens (takes 3 min). Put the cream of milk, mix and hit the salt and pepper of the kingdom.
- Put the chicken fillets in the corn cream, finish with green smell. Leave 2 min on low fire and turn it off. Ready
