Coxinha de wing (chicken)500 g
Onion3 unit(s)
Sweet Potato200 g
Salt2 tablespoon
Rosemary1 tablespoon
Olive oil4 tablespoon
Black pepper1 tablespoon
Lemon3 unit(s)

Take the onion and blend it in the blender with a whole lemon
Cut the sweet potato into slices
Mix the chicken with salt, rosemary and black pepper and squeeze 2 lemons and set aside
And grease a pan with olive oil or oil, place the sweet potatoes covering the entire bottom of the pan
Spread the chicken on top of the sweet potatoes.
