 Tempere o Drumet em um recipiente Adicione a alho sal vinagre pimenta do reino e orégano

 Season the Drumet in a bowl Add the garlic, salt, vinegar, black pepper and oregano

 Em seguida coloque um fio de óleo em uma panela  e adicione o Drumet refogue bem em fogo baixo Vai adicionando a água conforme estiver secando

 Quando o drumet tiver pré cozido você adicione o quiabo cortado em rodelas e deixe a panela tampada para o quiabo cozinhar adicione  a  massa de tomate para pegar uma  corzinha  e deixe por mais ou menos mais 10 minutinhos está pronto para saborear bom apetite

 When the drumet has pre-cooked you add the okra cut into slices and leave the pan covered for the okra to cook add the tomato paste to get a little color and leave it for about 10 more minutes it's ready to taste good appetite
