- 4 Pieces of Thighs with Thighs (8 pieces)1.600 kg
- Cachaça with water to taste

- Pure orange juice (4 pear oranges)250 ml
- Powdered Vegetable Broth1 unit(s)
- Oregano (rubbed into palm to activate flavor)2 tablespoon

- Minced Green Onion to taste
- Choose a small refractory, we will use it to marinate and roast the chicken. Refractory with little space, in the bill, fit the 8 pieces side by side, tight. The goal is for the pieces to be partially submerged in the seasoned orange juice.
- In the refractory, pour 250 ml of pure strained orange juice, season with crumbled vegetable broth, oregano rubbed in the palm of your hand and freshly ground black pepper.
- Remove the skin from the thighs and thighs, leave for about 5 minutes immersed in water with cachaça. Drain. Make small holes like a drill in the meat of the chicken pieces.
- Blend the garlic, chopped parsley stalks and 1 tablespoon of salt into a seasoning, until you get a fresh green puree. Rub this pureed green seasoning on the chicken pieces. Season again with black pepper directly on the chicken pieces to taste.
- Wrap 1 slice of bacon around each piece and secure with a toothpick. Leave the thick side of the bacon down, put it in the refractory with seasoned orange juice. All tiles side by side, orange juice level will go up a lot. Cover with plastic film. Let marinate 1 day before.
- The next day, bake in the preheated oven, in 2 stages. 1st step covered with aluminum foil with gloss downwards for 1 hour (it will cook and reduce the liquid), 2nd step without aluminum foil, bake until almost completely dry, the bacon will be golden and crispy, it will be + 25 minutes or until golden and succulent that you will like.
- Remove the toothpick. Serve sprinkled with green onions. This chicken is a yummy show!
