- Chicken breast1/2 kg
- Potatoes4 unit(s)
- Mozzarella300 g
- Cottage cheese4 tablespoon
- Sour cream1/2 can(s)
- Spices and salt to taste
- Oil4 tablespoon
- Bacon200 g
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic3 unit(s)
- Liquid milk200 ml
- Chopped Chives to taste
- In a container put the potatoes to cook with a little salt
- In a pan, sauté the onion and garlic until golden, add the chicken cut into cubes and sauté a little longer. Add the salt and your usual spices. Let it cook over medium heat, stirring constantly so it doesn't stick.
- Fry the Bacon into small pieces and set aside.
- In a blender, beat the potatoes, cottage cheese, cream and milk until smooth.
- Pour this cream on top of the chicken, put the mozzarella and finally the bacon and chives to decorate. If you want, cover the pan and leave it for about 3 minutes and it's ready. A tip is to serve it with white rice and straw potatoes.
