- Sauté two onions in oil until caramelized, add 4 cloves of minced garlic
- Add chicken cuts
- Sauté until the chicken is well sealed
- Add tomatoes, bay leaf, chicken broth, saffron, black pepper, cover the chicken with water and cook over low heat for approximately 00:50 minutes or until cooked
- In the same period, take the pumpkins to cook the part
- Sauté two cloves of garlic, a finely chopped onion, take the pumpkin cut into cubes to sauté together, add salt, saffron and pepper, water until it almost covers the pumpkins and cook over medium heat.
- At the end, serve the chicken with pumpkin and fresh rice.
- Suggestion: I added chili pepper with the chicken, but it is optional, you can finish with a lot of green smell
