- Clean the chicken, wash it with vinegar, then season it with garlic, salt and the August seasonings.
- Take a pan, add the oil and let it heat up, add the chicken and let it brown.
- Then add onion and carrot, as it is tougher, it takes longer to cook, then add tomato sauce and tomato.
- Let it boil for 10 to 15 minutes, add the salt and seasonings.
- Then add the potato, yam and let it cook
- Note: I advise cooking the corn separately because it is harder cut into slices and then add it to cook with the rest of the ingredients.
- Let it boil until the potato is ready and the yam is cooked then add the green smell and ready to serve.
